My car is having problems with hesitating. When accelerating quickly from below 45mph to around 60mph, the engine hesitates then it's fine. And it also happens when going around 40mph on steep hills. I thought it was the transmition at first and had my transmition fluid changed out completely just in case but it still hesitates. My guess now is that I am having a problem with my fuel filter or fuel injection. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Try doing a fuel injector service. There are lots of things that can contribute to hesitating. It could be a catalytic convertor going bad. You could have a sensor reading wrong. The best way is to take it to a shop and have it properly diagnosed instead of throwing parts at it that might not fix it. Also if your trans is going bad a fluid change won't fix it. You might have internal parts that are bad.

By the way its Transmission not transmition.

Fuel or fire. Check the spark plugs, wires, fuel filter and pump.
