Perhaps you could attempt to absorb the information the teacher/ instructor is presenting. I mean, you are there, and that is unchangeable, so why not be responsible and use the time for what it is meant for? Maybe by paying attention, having a desire to improve yourself, you can keep from being back in Summer school next year. Otherwise, you're always going to be finding a way to speed up time, because your not going to have the opportunities to do the things you want- and that would be a sad travesty. Bite the bullet, absorb and learn the information, and then use your awesome (frenetic?) energy to make the knowledge work for you. At the very least, you'll meet the requirements set by the state that mandated them taking your time from you, so you are your own person again, hanging with buds, or painting, or whatever, instead of listening to someone who also has other places to be. Freedom is earned, never given despite what the constitution says.
Good luck, and I apologize for being preachy, but I was you years ago and I truly regret not paying more attention, because it's fun to be right, and to be sure of yourself. It armors you when the rest of the world is telling you how wrong you are, and that never stops. Good luck and peace out!

The most obvious answer to me is to immerse yourself in the subject and attempt to get the best grade you can.
Time will not go faster, it is constant. Check out Albert Einstein on that one.
Your experience of it can seem shorter or longer, but that is a perception.
You may have heard the phrase, "Time flies when you're having fun." Is there some way you can make your summer schooling fun? Try to find something fun in what you are supposed to be learning and have fun exploring it.
Be careful, if you have enough fun, you may stop wanting to go home so much!

Pay attention to the teacher. Become involved in the class. Believe me, time will go by much faster if you take part and you just might learn what you missed during the regular school year. You know, the reason you're in summer school in the first place.

Turn the clock 5 hours ahead, (just kidding) Just think how happy you'd be if you loss everything you have right now, and then got it back again
