You have a nicely balanced team...need help at TE and to get younger at WR. #2 RB could be improved but you have solid long term potential there. Kicker is just ok.
Horn, Moss and Dillon are all players that you will need to think about replacing over time. Evans may become a suitable replacement for one over time...and C. Johnson is a stud at WR.

Your strongest position is wide receiver-particularly Johnson and Horn. If I were you I'd trade or release Roethlisberger. You don't really have a top running back either, but I don't see how you can pick one up now. Bush and Portis could have good seasons, though. Dillion is risky. Everything else on your team seems all right to me.

Your wide receiver core is solid. I thinkyour weakest position is tight end. I would also see if I could get a better kicker as well. Until you actually know how his acident effected Ben I would start Manning.
