i think you have hyperacidity, coffee can cause that... if you have that abddominal symptom and also have black stools then you probably have ulcer so go to a gastroenterologist asap and get an endoscopy, before you bleed to death...

if you feel a burning sensation after intake of caffeine, it s probably because caffeine containing products are some of the worst offenders in causing acid reflux. I had a doctor explain it to me. Everyone has this ring-shaped muscle right above the stomach, called a sphincter, or something like this, which normally keeps the acid from going up your esophagus and burning it. However certain foods and drinks make this muscle expand and consequently relax, and following the expasion, the muscle is weaker for some time and allows acid to go up youe esophagus. These foods and drinks include onions, tomatoes, tomato sauce, caffeine, chocolate, garlic. There are others, but these are the worst ones. I would stay away from caffeine, or if you cant, there are plenty of non description over the counter pills and liquids designed to reduce stomach acid, such as Privosec, Mylox, and others

Coffee contains acid that may be why this happens to you. Coke also has this acid and so does chocolate milk. Our system is 'especially' sensitive during that time of the month so it's best to just avoid these drinks. What also aggravates your stomach during this time is citric drinks such as orange juice, etc. I eat saltine crackers when I get this discomfort in my stomach.
Since my system cannot tolerate coffee, I switched to instant coffee..I make a latte, half milk/water then I sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon of coffee, it's good and it satisfies my craving for a cup of coffee.

Do you have an ulcer? Or maybe the acidity in the caffeine is too much for you in the morning especially on an empty stomach. Do you use milk or creamer? This may help if you don't.

You may have an ulcer. There's a lot of acid in coffee and soda, and it hurts ulcers. Talk to your doctor. There are things you can take to treat it. Meanwhile, stay away from coffee and soda - even the decaffeinated kind. It's probably more the acid than the caffeine that is bothering you.

So many answers... dude you're very young. Don't say that "I am a student so I don't get time for anything". You have all the time. Eat whatever you want to. Just go outside in evening and play some outdoor games. Specially Football, Badminton, Cricket etc etc. Play as much as you can. Play football daily for an hour or two and you'll see the changes.
