You have downloaded a program that contains spyware or adware. The spyware or adware has been removed but the program requires the spyware to be installed in order to run, without it you will get the Run Time error. This program runs on startup so you will have to uninstall the program that had the spyware associated with it. Run Msconfig from the Start > Run window and turn off the progam that you downloaded, or uninstall the program.

If you still cannot find the program do a search for files that contain the word "Backweb"

Hehe, Welcome in the Club!

You got a Backweb virus. It is a program that can take control of your PC and the person on the other end can read, write, edit, delete all your data, even can format your Harddisk.

But usually the Backwebs are not from people who know you. So, no big problem, just get rid of it.

The best Antivirusprogram for free on the Web is on http://www.avast.com to get. Whoever says something else is not a professionell Computerman or don't understand to much about Antivirusprograms. I tested nearly all from Panda to McAfee. Trust me, Avast is the best. There exist others like AVG, but they have all some deficits against Avast. You get asked at install that you want to make an Check at Reboot. You confirm this and confirm after install to reboot.
Don't forget to uninstall the other Antivirusprogram, if you have one.
Don't use Norton Antivirus, it is a memory slower and not a good program for your system. Since Mr. Peter Norton sold his Programs to Symantec the Norton Programs lost a lot of their former quality. Symantec try everything to force the customers to stay with them. They remind me on Compaq which was in the same way unserious.

Avast finds ALL Backwebs. It checks your Computer while Windows is not in control and that helps a lot to get rid of very nasty things.

After you got rid of this Backweb is it normaly good to run an Spyware checker. Usually are the Backwebs to clear the way for Spyware. Download "Ad Aware" in http://www.downlod.com
You can use SpyBot, but lately Ad Aware improved a lot and find the same Spyware as SpyBot.

Don't forget to install an Firewall. Windows internal Firewall from the Sevicepack 2 improves lately a loit, but their exist Freeware like "Zonealarm" from www.zonelabs.com

Remember:
The most dangerous Virus is the person who sits in front of te computer and is careless!

Do you have F-Secure installed on your PC?
F-Secure installs with a version of Backweb. If you fix BackWeb with Spybot-S&D F-Secure can't update any longer and so you get these error messages.
You can do one of two things. You can either recover what you did with Spybot-S&D or you reinstall F-Secure without BackWeb.

If not f-secure then another program is using backweb. You can remove backweb in the control panel/ add remove programs.
