Have ever used a tampon before? Don't do for any supersize becuase when you are in the water your period stops but when you come out you should change you tampon so it is not full of water. If you are not going in the water then that is a different story.

TAMPAX PEARL... totaly leak free, tampax can hold it all back but, make sure you change its after you get out.
What the hell does victoriah68 talkin about, your period doesn't stop when you get in the water. Has she even had her period yet, what is she like, 11 years old!

Playtex definitley - I have a moderate to heavy flow sometimes and they work perfectly everytime. I've used OB before and without an applicator...they are hard to get in the right place to prevent leakage.

OB
Hands down.
Their discreet and I find much cleaner
And they work awesome.
I've never had a leak with OB and I'm now 32.
Now they don't have an applicator so don't be suprised when you have to insert it with your own finger.
Sure to some it sounds gross, it all depends how comfortable you are with your own body.
OB are the best by far

I cannot belive that victoria has had 2 kids and is advising you that your period stops when you get in the water. I thought that she would be about 12 or 13. Anykind will be okay, just change it right after you get out.

I use Tampax Pearl.
Try to avoid any brand
that has a cardboard applicator
because those are more painful
and don't slide in as easily.
