Do you think a mother of two should take her boyfriend to a funeral and not her kids?
So the mother's aunt just died the kids great aunt and she says that she isn't taking the kids and she won't explain herself.She says the boyfriend is driving thats why she is taking him.The kids want to go,but she is leaving them with some godmother in Richmond.The funeral is in New Jersey and they live in Virginia.She has been ignoring them lately.Ever since she has been dating this guy,he moved in and everything.He likes the kids.Its a boy and a girl.The girl is 12 and the boy 15.

No, the children are old enough to understand and regret not being able to say goodbye themselves. If they knew their great-aunt, it is important for them to attend. The boyfriend sounds lousy and mother not much better, but there is not much you can do or say to change her mind. Hopefully she will see the light soon and rebuild the relationship with her children. But, I doubt that will happen before she hurts them emotionally.

I didn't know how to answer what you posted so I decided to look at your profile to see if I could figure out what you are trying to ask.
Now I really have no idea what you want to ask. In your profile of questions you've asked in the past there is one where you say you were married and your wife died, then you married again and got divorced and now you are gay with children.
Then the real kicker is a question you asked saying that you want to get your girlfriend pregnant so you can get married because your parents won't let you get married!
What is going on? Are you a young boy just posting questions to see what people will write or are you a grown man doing the same thing?
This forum is supposed to be for people really looking for help.
So, in answer to the question you posted here, no I do not remember this question about the mother of two going to a funeral with her boyfriend and not taking her kids.
