Football in Hallas has never been very good. I realize that they had an amazing year in 2004 winning the Euro Cup but they failed to qualify for World Cup 2006... FIFA has lifted their ban so maybe things will start looking up for Hallas...

1. They didn't pass the qualifying.
2. They're suspended, because they didn't change their sport law.
