A microsurgeon would do it. It costs a fortune and isn't very successful. Exactly how much it costs depends on where you live, what insurance you have (but almost *none* cover it), and a number of other factors. It is only about 50-80% effective, depending on the skill of the original surgeon, the skill of the second surgeon, how long ago you had the surgery, the type of surgery, how it's healed, and many other things.
If you get pregnant after having your tubes tied (whether they grew back together spontaneously or you had the surgery), it is *very* important to see your midwife or doctor as soon as you think you may be pregnant. You have a high risk of having a tubal pregnancy. It is easily treated if caught early, but it can be life-threatening if not detected.

There are surgeons that specialize in tubal reversal surgeries. You can ask your GYN for a referral.
It is expensive. Usually around $5,000-$7,000.
You can check out this website for more information.... http://www.tubal-reversal.net/
The Dr. is in North Carolina.
They do offer payment arrangements that may help you out. Check the cost/financing link and then scroll down to
Pre-payment options. You can pay as you are able and schedule the surgery when you have enough paid into it!
Good Luck!!

Check out www.babies-by-levin.com. He charges $6200 which includes two nights at the hotel across the street, where you rest up after the surgery, and follow-up care. Good luck!

Your gynecologist is the one who would do the surgery. Depending on where you live, there price would probably change.
