There are 2,080 working hours assuming a standard 8 hour work day, and 260 working days in a year. Take the hourly rate and multiply by 2080 or the daily wage and multiply by 260 to get your annual rate.

Well, that will not be accurate because people on annual salary usually can work either less or more hours. But this is it- Annual salary divided by 52 (weeks in the year) the result divide by 40 (hours in a work week for full time employee) the result would give you rough idea of hourly pay. But this doesn't take in consideration any holidays of times off from work.

take the number of hours per week times the wage then times that by 52
