Well, that will not be accurate because people on annual salary usually can work either less or more hours. But this is it- Annual salary divided by 52 (weeks in the year) the result divide by 40 (hours in a work week for full time employee) the result would give you rough idea of hourly pay. But this doesn't take in consideration any holidays of times off from work.
