Nothing has changed. And nothing will change. This whole idea of change and transformation of the human mind is an illusion. We are as fearful of the outside world today as the caveman was. All the knowledge, the religions, the science have not changed the fundamental nature of man. They cannot.

We have not been able to come to terms with what we are. Instead we have invented ideals that we pursuit endlessly. These ideals of the perfect man are also mere figments of our imaginations. they are ways to escape and cover up who we really are and what we experiencing.

Yesterday was not the same in any one moment
today will not be the same in any one moment
and of course tomorrow will not be the same in any one moment

I would say that the constant change of moments has not changed and therefor the answer would be that no nothing has really changed . . . life has remained a constant flux of moment to moment differences . . .
and I like that about each moment, it is a reliable change that you can always choose to start your day over in

everything is different. you are just blind to the constantly changing nature of things. you may feel the changes are unimportant (the sun at a different place in the sky, your hair being longer, someone graduated from beauty school). Your life seems the same because you have disconnected yourself from reality. Flowers bloomed and died. Things molded in your fridge. someone died. someone was born. You need to become more connected to yourself and the world. Try taking aikido or a martial art. Or yoga.
