I am stuck on Saint Helena in the Volvo "The Hunt" sweepstakes. How do I find the coordinates? HELLP

I have tried everything that I could think of to find the coordinates but nothing is working. Someone please help! I've climbed up and down that ladder 100 times looking. I am probably dead last in the race but I just want to get to the end. Thanks for your help.

The keyword to accessing Saint Helena is Count, which is a hint as to what you must do on this island... count the rounds of the ladder.

The first round says 35, and tells you to go up 35 rounds to the next round which tells you two things, a coordinate and the number of the next round you must visit. They are:
