You don't sound like a happy person. Also, nobody likes a negative person all the time. You can change by speaking of positive things instead of negative. Give someone a complement. Smile more often. Most people gravitate to smiling people.

It is human nature. Every human always think of the negative thing more than the positive thing. So whatever problems that comes along the way people tends to talk about the bad aspect first, they dun even think of any good things in the first place. Sometimes even the tone you speak also affect the speech you said
What i suggest is that before you speak, you think if it is appropriate to speak in the manner. you will slowly improve on the way you talk

I believe everything in life happens for a reason. There is probably a good reason why those things are happening to you. But, don't put yourself down, after the rain there is always a sun, and this period in your life won't last forever! Head up!

Give yourself a break. I know exactly what you're doing to yourself and it isn't worth it. It isn't what you say, it's the perception of the person who is listening. Usually they are way out wack. So smile and be happy..........
