I just found out he lied about what he is on probation for. I want to find out what he really did - since we are going thru a child custody battle. I know it's a state jail felony - I just need to know for what.

The Criminal History Records Section serves as the Central State Repository for criminal records in the state of Arizona, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 41-1750.

Criminal justice agencies within Arizona are required by this statute to report arrest and disposition information to the repository.

Copies of a criminal record are restricted to authorized individuals/agencies as specified in Arizona Revised Statute 41-1750.

Individuals who require a criminal check background for employment, licensing or volunteer work must go through the applicant fingerprint process. This is usually done through the individual/company/agency who is seeking their employment. This process requires fingerprint submission and the signing of a user agreement with the employer and the Department of Public Safety. For further information, contact the Applicant Team who is responsible for this process at 602-223-2223.

If you have been told by an employer or agency that you need a fingerprint clearance card to work for agencies within Arizona, contact the Applicant Clearance Card Team at 602-223-2279.

If you need a criminal history record check or a letter of clearance for the purposes of immigration, visa, or adoption, Arizona law does not permit the central state repository to provide information for these purposes. A copy of this statement can be printed by clicking on the following link. If you need to have the letter notarized and customized for your particular needs to include your name, date-of-birth, social security number and address. Contact the Criminal History Records Section by telephone at 602-223-2222 for the letter to be completed for you (instead of printing the one below).

Your lawyer will be able to get that information a lot faster than you can. You can try going to the state website where he did the offense, but it's not guaranteed that they will have the information listed. You may have luck at the court house, but I'm not sure if the information is protected or not. Your lawyer is the wisest choice of obtaining the information.

Your Lawyer should be able to obtain that information for you, but go to the white pages type in name or do reverse phone number and for a fee they offer to do a background check on anyone. But that is what the lawyer gets paid for, he should have a right to that information for the safety of the child. Good Luck and have a good one:-)

You have to find the website specific for your state. I know I can look up court cases in Arizona on

http://www.supreme.state.az.us/publicaccess/notification/search.asp?id=

See if your state has something similar to it. It's a state supreme court type thing.

There's probably no record of it on the internet. I would check with the local police department and courthouse to see what you might be able to dig up
