Dont believe for one minute that they dont know what you are talking about. I have worked around them and they know, they just want you to feel sorry for them. Who knows. If you act like you know what they are saying it gets their goat.

Hate is such a strong word. Don't let their incompetence get to you....That happened the other day. We pulled into the gas station to buy newspaper and the clerk pretended he didnt know english. So we gave him 2 cents for the newspapr and he finally spoke up and said "2.00". LOL 2 dollars for a newspapr?? Yuh sure. We took 6 newspapers piled up, so unnoticeable to him and gave him 75 cents. Hmmm amazing huh?? How bout the fact that I am part hispanic and am white but in miami for some reason it's weird and people like to mumble about me for no reason at all. So what do I do? I turn around and say "Buenos dias me llamo Cloe, Hay algo que te puede ayudarte en? O solo para que ustedes saben, yo si entiendo y puedo hablar espanol, asi que dejan de hablar de mi". In other words hi, good day, my name is Cloe. Is there something I can help you with? Oh by the way I do speak and understand spanish so please stop talking about me. LOL...priceless...Some people are just unhappy, rude, and feel the need to live their lives unappreciative in our country and I have nothing against them...it's sad and i feel for them. They dont know any better right? But I think that when you have crappy customer service skills it should not only say something about yourself, it speaks loudly for how the employers morals are. You don't need to be treated like garbage when all you did was walk into the station for some gas, right? But then again, would you risk your life of being robbed or shot working late night shifts and putting up with drunk people or annoying customers constantly disrespecting you? I guess you can give em some kinda credit wouldya? Honey, your life goes on. SMILE please...

Don't even go their. Mother,as well as fools, sometimes walk where angels fear to tread. American Creed: Patriotism which leaps over the fence of party prejudice. Religion which jumps over the wall of intolerance. Brotherhood which climbs over mountain of national separation. English speaking or none English speaking let we all live to gather and be happy
