well... if you turn the first 3 around and push it together with the second 3 then they would look like an 8. But there's probably actually a math answer you were looking for.

if u cut 8 into 2 pieces it becomes into two 3's
flip the first 3 into a E and add the secind the 3 =8
lolz

There is an invisible + 2 in tht equation or probably + 2 is wrritten in same font color as background so it blended and cud not be seen .
