The climate (ancient Greek: κλίμα "clime") is commonly considered to be the weather averaged over a long period of time, typically 30 years. Somewhat more precisely, the concept of "climate" also includes the statistics of the weather - such as the degree of day-to-day or year-to-year variation expected. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) glossary definition is:
Climate in a narrow sense is usually defined as the “average weather”, or more rigorously, as the statistical description in terms of the mean and variability of relevant quantities over a period of time ranging from months to thousands or millions of years. The classical period is 30 years, as defined by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). These quantities are most often surface variables such as temperature, precipitation, and wind. Climate in a wider sense is the state, including a statistical description, of the climate system.

Weather is an all-encompassing term used to describe all of the many and varied phenomena that can occur in the atmosphere of a planet. The term is normally taken to mean the activity of these phenomena over short periods of time, usually no more than a few days in length. Average atmospheric conditions over significantly longer periods are known as climate. Usage of the two terms often overlaps and the concepts are obviously very closely related.

I think u wanted to mean: "difference between climate and weather (not wheather".
Weather refers to the temperature, precipitation (rain and snow), humidity, sunshine and wind that occurs at a particular time at a specific location.
The climate of a region is a summary of the past weather events that have occurred at that location. A description of the climate of a certain place would include the averages and extremes of such things as temperature and rainfall amounts that can be determined from weather records. Many factors influence our climate including latitude, altitude, topography and large bodies of water.

Weather
Weather describes whatever is happening outdoors in a given place at a given time. Weather is what happens from minute to minute. The weather can change a lot within a very short time. For example, it may rain for an hour and then become sunny and clear. Weather is what we hear about on the television news every night. Weather includes daily changes in precipitation, barometric pressure, temperature, and wind conditions in a given location. What is your weather like today?
Climate
Climate describes the total of all weather occurring over a period of years in a given place. This includes average weather conditions, regular weather sequences (like winter, spring, summer, and fall), and special weather events (like tornadoes and floods). Climate tells us what it's usually like in the place where you live.

climate gives us the environmental conditions of a particular place for a long period of time . We can describe a climate of a particular place by keeping watch on its weather conditions for a long period of time. For eg: Climate of mumbai is hot and humid. Whereas wheather is the description of climatic conditions of that particular day or time. One can describe a weather of a particular place by just looking at climatic conditions at that particular time. For eg: Today's weather is bright and sunny.

A descriptive saying is that
"Climate is what you expect, Weather is what you get."
WEATHER comprises all the various phenomena that occur in the atmosphere of a planet. "Weather" is normally taken to mean the activity of these phenomena over a period of time of up to a few days.
The average weather over a longer period is known as the CLIMATE.
