My first reaction was "what the hell is happening!?" After watching the second plane hit the second tower, I felt a lot of sadness. Over the next few hours, that sadness was entwined with "let's kick the mfers a***** who did this."

Hello. - In shock & not believable. Also, it was quite eerie to hear every single local & national radio station broadcasting at or about the same time (Some live) the horrific news. I had only a small radio to listen to then.

In my opinion - 50/50.

Have a nice day. :)

tough question. I am Italian and I was out with a friend when it happened. Her father called her and told her about the attacks. when we reached home and I start watching tv it was just horrible. I could not believe my eyes.

Never could imagine something like that to happen.

I was at work when the reports started coming in. I couldn't believe it, at first. It wasn't till my boss' husband called and confirmed that it had happened and he was watching CNN that I really believed. I live near two airports, and it was so strange not to hear the planes. It's of those sounds you get so used to, you don't notice it till it's gone.

I was in 5th grade and sitting in my Writing class/portable. Our teacher started crying. I had no idea of what was going on. I just didn't understand. Almost every kid's mom picked them up early that day. I'm now going into 9th grade and I remember that day like it was yesterday. I didn't believe my teachers when they said I'd remember it forever.

Didn't expect it but it wasn't so much MY reaction as it was my M16A1's reaction. He demanded I buy him a 200 round drum clip, bipod, scope, and detachable M203 40mm grenade launcher.

i was in college and was about to enter the building when this girl came out and started screaming "they bombed [this or that]" she was so hysterical we couldn't even understand what she was saying, "im serious!!!" -- and people thought she was just goofing around.

around that time i have just arrived here in america, so i really don't know what the hell was going on. but somehow when i found out that the terrorists were muslims (note: not all muslims are terrorists) i wasn't surprised -- they were terrorizing my country too. trains were bombed, malls, schools everything -- we kinda got used to it, showed them we do not fear them, and fought them -- so they stopped.
