I'm in Canada...
I have this courier company who is deperately trying to sent me a package that I MUST sign myself...I didn't order anything...and they don't have MY address...They have my parents' address.

Depends which country you live in. In Canada, I believe it is the Clerk of the Court.

I mean the office of the Clerk of the Court. They could use a courier I suppose.

Maybe you're needed to do Jury Duty

A process server. Depending on what they are and the circumstances, this could be an independant individual or a law enforcement officer (sheriff's deputy, etc.).

A process server is a privately employed person who does this.
In some states a marshal or sheriff's deputy does this work.
