'Cos all we see on TV is how the "poor" Israelis are being attacked by the "Palestinian terrorists"..
I don't feel sorry at all for Israel...They are not the victims there, but they can do anything as long as they know UN won't sanction them 'cos they have full support of US...They are going to use their right to veto anytime it's going to be a resolution against Israel...So they are free to do anything they want...

I don't think Israel needs anybody's pity. I wonder why
the year 1955 is so important to you? Israel has been established in 1948 and the arabs did not like this so they
staged a war and tried to destroy the new fledgling country.
They have not given up their hope since then. Whatever Israel
does has one aim, to survive and stay.

No one should feel sorry for Israel or Palestine. They are both looking after their own interests, in different ways, and each responds to the other according to their maturity and skill.

But because of the complete imbalance of power right now and the stated goal of many Islamic states to wipe Israel off the map, we'll defend her, just as we defended our ally Kuwait, an Islamic country, when attacked by Iraq. Just as we are defending Iraq now from terrorists entering from other countries as well as insurgent terrorists who would destroy the people's new democratic government.

Good to see Israel getting some backbone, leaving their terrorist roots behind.

Israel has a right to exist peacefully and its people live in safety. However, I cannot see how Israel's terrorist acts against other countries furthers that goal. Of course, there will no doubt be apologists who visit that link and say all those US vetoes are not "bias toward Israel".

Let me put it this way: Who would you want in your neighborhood, someone who calls the police when his home is violated, or someone who pulls out a gun and shoots randomly at neighbors in their yards out of some sense of "vengeance"?

Guess which one is indicative of how Israel behaves.

The Israelis have only responded to attacks and atrocities commited by the terrorist/persian/arab/muslim organizations ever since the founding of their nation. Each one of those resolutions is caused by rank anti-semitism and the false victimhood of the psuedo-nation of palestine.

Israel doesn't engage in terrorist acts. It targets only terrorists, never civilians. Civilians get killed because terrorists like to hide behind them.

They aren't all bad people. They are human beings like us. And although some people choose to hate us, we're all people. Why should we stoop to their level and be hateful as well.
