I know the answer to this! I moved to Japan about a year ago and my apartment came with this terrible washing machine that actually stretches all of my clothes out, but especially my t-shirt collars! Check your washing machine, is it old and/or bizarre in some way? I also have no dryer, and I think that air drying things can also cause them to stretch.

You probably stretch them when you put them on.

maybe you have a big head? try getting a polyblend- as opposed to cotton... better memory in the fabric

do u hang them? mine did that when i hung them up thru the collar. u should do it thru the bottom.

Do you put them in hangers? if so, what kind? you maybe stretch out when you put them in the hanger...
