Assuming you're talking about the US, the big question is whether or not your fiance is a US citizen. Assuming you're in the US, here are your answers:
1. You can get married without your mother's permission. Period. Not an issue. She has no rights whatsoever.
2. State laws do apply to immigrants. Period. Not an issue.
3. She cannot cancel your immigration papers. Only the INS can. Since you are now an adult, any attempt on her part to do so would require a hearing, where you can defend yourself with or without an attorney.
4. If your fiance is a US citizen, your marriage will give you additional rights. In fact, it will remove your mother entirely as an issue. So long as the marriage is not a "sham", designed solely to circumvent immigration laws, being married to a US citizen gives you residency status... regardless of whatever other status you may have through your family.

Your mother is flat-out lying to you. Repeatedly.

I cannot "advise" you on what to do, but... if you were to get married to a US citizen today and move in with them as husband and wife, you'd have a very secure residency status here in the US. You'd be away from a lying, manipulative, controlling parent. You'd be free... which is what the US is all about.

Welcome home.

Wow seems to be that your mom is bitter. I am not familiar with state laws as I am Canadian. Your best bet would be the check with the immigration department that's closest to you. If I were you, I wouldn't stick around too long with a mom who can be so cold hearted to the point that she wants to get you deported. Stand up for your own rights. You are old enough to make your own decisions and she has absolutely no right to tell you what you can do once you are an adult.

Good luck.

The adult age here in the U.S is 18yrs old. You don't have to wait until your are 19. Also some states honor that if you are younger than 18 ie 17 or even 16 you are considered an adult if you are married.
As far as INS is concern if your fiance is a borned U.S citizen he can submmit for a temporary residency card if you have been married for less that 2 yrs. after your 2 yr aniversary he can submmit for your Permanent residency paperwork, after which you can become a U.S citizen. Given that you have NO criminal record.

i do not imagine adulthood is a sturdy reason to get married. Granted, it efficient does help and is a key aspect yet she might want to judge another information that you've already suggested. What ought to she do if she became pregnant and her hubby went away and she or he had to administration college and a toddler. likely she ought to drop out of school because she would not be able to drop out of being a mom. i imagine there is not any rush to get married, she is nineteen and could proceed as a lot as now this guy or actually have a lengthy engagement yet they shouldn't rush into getting married. so a procedures as 220 travelers and also you paying, you would possibly want to talk including her about that. If she is individual adequate to come back to a decision to get married she will truly arise with some funds that ought to help you out. we are finding out to purchase maximum individuals of our wedding ceremony and the mum and dad are pitching in a small component. Neither activities might want to bypass into debt for a wedding ceremony. strong success yet i ought to say purely talk including her and attempt to voice your concerns in a worrying way and probably she will come round to the perception of waiting a three hundred and sixty 5 days.

she can't cancel anything...At the age of 18 you can do whatever you want...you can move out before you get married..Some states you can even get married at 16..you can get married at 18 almost everywhere in the US...Also if you new husband is an American you will never be deported....Your mom is trying to scare you....

well immigration laws are different by each given country..depends on what country you're in...if you're in the US, all you have to do is contact INS and inform them about your situation and they will keep your file open....if your mother decides not to turn in any further paperwork in order to help you out, you can always apply for residency on the basis that you are married to a citizen

Is there anything wrong with you applying for citizenship? It seems that you are being controlled by your mom. Maybe you should start to take control of your life.
