Depends on where you are. There is a local CD exchange that takes DVD's for cash, but you always get more money if you take credit instead.

I believe Blockbuster has a trade in policy. Also you can think about selling them on Ebay.

in my area (Lubbock, Texas) you can go to any of the pawn shops in town for cash... most other places (like hastings and blockbuster) have a trade for merchindise policy

I know coconuts will take movies that were bought. Not sure if you get cash but, just check it out.
