Out of the hundreds of people I know, I would say that probably 5 or 6 of them are "really good people." So probably about 3 to 6% of the people in the world are hard working, caring, loving, sensitive, kind-hearted, sympathetic, friendly people. Your question brings up a good point. Not everyone tries as hard to be really good people. I think a lot of people are self-centered introverts that settle with being just an ok friend, employee, boss, spouse, etc.

The onus is on the questioner to set the standard of being good before a valid answer can be made.
I suppose that being good set against the standard of one's own conscience would be a good start.
Every one starts out good and subsequently, by varying degrees, is compared against the inquirer's sublime benchmarked "goodness". As to how many good people there are, is any one's guess.
However as I see it, ever since humans first appeared on earth to "ad infinitium" the ratio of good 'uns against the total, has and will remained constant. As to the actual number, it's mere conjecture for the actual number of human beings as with everything else is always in a flux.

According to the Bible God will have two hands full of good people. Let's just hope they are really big hands. I was always told if when you died you could count 2-3 really true friends you were blessed. Have a good one:-)

Well.... you live in your own universe, with an actual population of 1, so I guess it depends whether you are a really good person. The answer could be either "none" or "one"

all the people are good but all of us we have some times where we are gonna be bad
whenever you cross the road or walking in the street some people will think that you are not good but you are so all humans are good
