I couldn't imagine why a good Christian Conservative like Sen. John Cornyn would want to "love thy neighbor". We already give 1/3 of our foreign aid to the 6th richest country in the world (Israel). Why not try and funnel some to a place where it actually might make peoples lives better, rather than be used for killing? Maybe if Mexico had decent factories and better paying jobs, we wouldn't have the "illegals" flooding across our borders.
