Does anyone know the amps, watts and ohms required to split water into seperate Hydrogen and Oxygen molecules?

oops. i had volts in there, copied from top to bottom box. thanks. you'll get 10 tomorrow. have been toying with this idea a while. using wind or solar power to split salt water, save the hydrogen, remix in a PEM, for the electricity and pure water. 2 for 1. heheh.
