It is a great food - whether you are a kid or an adult. It is sweet, it is salty, it's creamy, it's smooth, you can eat it out of the jar or put a bit of it into so many things you make or cook. Who wouldn't eat peanut butter? (Unless you have an allergy of course!)

They put it on Toast for Breakfast because it gives a Protein based energy boost to start the day. Of course it has to be the Crunchy kind.
