this will all depend on what type of internet connection you have,
if you have a dedicated line such as cable/adsl etc then the only way you will be charged for viewing it is to hand over your bank details (wether thats credit/debit card numbers or other such personal data)
if you have a dial up account, no credit/debit or bank details 'may' be required, they can simply automatically load what is called a "dialer" program on your system, what this does it close your current providers net connection down, and redial up to their premium net connection, usually dialling an international number, thus you get charged through your regular phone bill.
best bet is to simply avoid web related adult sites, and look for that kind of stuff on p2p networks, i used to view that kind of stuff as a kid, but once you seen some you seen them all, its not that great once you have seen it once.

Only if you set up an account with them... however, there are sites that can automatically load information onto your computer that can make your computer "sick."
I think you should stay away from that stuff anyway, and if you are married - use your wife as the real deal.
