Well which "bill" is he really paying... the "bill" of her response to keep it or the "bill" of both their irresponsibility. If she chooses to have the child then its his choice to be in or out. Being a parent may be hard but its also a gift/blessing/joy not an obligation. So whatever decision is made know that people cant make people love.... it has to be wanted.

A man was paying monthly expenses to a woman for begeting a child out of wedlock, on judges order that he pay till the child is 18

On the 18th instalment, the man told the child" look here kid, tell your mother that I'm no longer your father"Taking the money, the child replied"Mother told me to tell you that YOU NEVER WERE"

It takes two to tango, and it boils down to it's her body and her decision whether or not to keep the baby. So the answer is yes, you are just as responsible for pregnancy as she is. You are just as responsible for helping out with the costs of child care as she is. Keep your di.ck in your pants if you don't want to pay child support. It's really not that difficult.

"Bud", the unfortunate part about getting fixed is alot of doctors wont perform the surgery on men or women until they're of a specific age or have a specific number of children, and insurance won't cover the costs of the operation until you are of a specific age or have a specific number of children.

Good ol' restupidicans and their "Right to Life" mentality. What about those of us who want to practice our right to not risk having children in an otherwise stable, healthy relationship. I never want children, and neither does my boyfriend, but we're not in our 30's yet, so it's dumping money down the drain for birth control that could be going towards ensuring that I won't be that .01% that gets pregnant doing everything right to prevent it.

Yes, you and your girlfriend weren't responsible to prevent the pregnancy. You should have taken precautions to prevent this unwanted birth if you did not want to be a father. Legally you are responsible. You can't just decide "I don't want to be a father" and you get out of it.

Too bad you feel this way...yet another unwanted child in this world. Next time use a condom - or better yet, abstain.

If you are in the USA, then yes. As they should have to.
That is why you shouldn't have sex until you are ready to be a real man. Why should an innocent child pay with his/her life just because the people who made them were idiots who still haven't figured out that sex=making babies?

Hey you should have wrapped it up then. It is your child and she doesn't want to kill it. One day you may grow up and love this child and pray that it will never know that you wanted it ripped out of it's mothers womb. Bottom line, if you are man enough to have sex the you should be man enough to talk care of the child that act created. How much support do you honestly think you will get on here?

if the father and the mother disagree, clearly only one of them can take the final decision.

this has to be the mother. it is her body. it is her life.

the resultant child is the responsibility of two parents, and therefore has a right to expect support from both parents until it become an adult.

if a man can't take responsibility for his children he is too young to be having sex anyway.

He should have thought of that before he

HAD SEX.

He can always go to court and relinquish all rights as the child's father, which means he has no parental rights nor any responsibility.

Absolutely. It's called "taking responsibility for your actions." I know that is an unfamiliar idea to many people anymore but it is a good one. If you don't want kids, don't have sex or get fixed.

The sad part is that if he wants the baby she still has the right to kill his child. Something is askew there.
