Go to Billboard's website (listed below). On the left-hand side near the bottom, there is a link to see all charts, click on it. After the next page comes up, click on the the word international for a couple of the current top artist for different countries. (You'll need a subscription to see all the countries. There's also a link on the bottom of the first page where you started to see past music charts.
