What's your relationship worth. A casual sex fling with a co-worker tends to get pretty messy and there is a possibility that when it gets ugly, your mate will find out. Tell this person ever so politely, that while you do find them attractive, you are already involved and a committed relationship that means more to you than a one night stand. Have more respect for yourself then that. Also let them know that after this conversation any unwanted advances are considered sexual harassment and you may have to get HR involved.

i would say that it depends on how the long term relationship is going. how long has it been and what is the end result or the goal of the relationship? is it marriage? it all depends but you may have to go ahead and get with this person just to satisfy your curiosity, especially since he is so gorgeous and all, or if your are really in love with the long term, then you have to tell mr. good looking to go and take a hike but if you have no intentions on getting with mr. good looking, then you can't even remotely act as though you would be interested in him and just concentrate on your present relationship. no sense in messing up a good thing!

ever heard the old saying 'the grass is always greener on the other side'...well it's not.
if you're willing to give up something meaningful and long term, for a good time, well be willing to accept the consequences of those actions. fortunately for your partner, there are lots of people looking for someone who can give a stable relationship so he/she (your partner) won't be alone for long.
it may be tempting, but just remember there is no such thing as a perfect person.

I just answered another question of yours, this one seems to be about the same issue, so you want to do the dirt and keep your girlfriend? It won't make you feel good, particularly when it comes to light.
Do the decent thing and dump your girlfriend before she gets more hurt than she needs to be.
