can anyone tell me of a manufacturer that will be able to make sweets for me with the designs i give them.?

i have got some designs for sweets that i would like to make, but have not yet found a manufacturer. i need a sweet maker / manufacturer that can make and package the sweets / chocolate to the specific designs i give them.
