Eye contact, smiling at him, and know what he's into...and start the conversation off with somesomthing he can comment back on not just a yes or no answer. You are trying to get him to talk to you not just answer a simple question. And if you wear flirty clothes....well, hello....he's a male....he'll just talk to you for your body....and deep down inside you really want him to like you for you, right? Know what you are going to say, don't use "um" or "and" or "like" tooo much.... Find out what you have in common w/ him and go from there, be nice, and you might want him to catch you staring at him on purpose, but don't be shy just smile back with a small wave or something. If he smiles back, he's interested or at least thinks your not repulsive. If he acts weird, or give strange body language take it as a hint. Look and listen to his body language, it never lies.....it tells more than the words he speaking. Posture, facial expressions, eye contact, and etc. Good Luck sweetie

I don't know if this will work for you since i am very aggressive and when i want a man i let him know by my sexy looks or remarks, Making an excuse to touch his neck or face is a good start. In 5 Min u should be able to tell if there is some chemistry. Body language is a dead give away. Look into his eyes and talk to him. Have a get together and invite him. Flirt with him from across the room but don't make it obvious.

Well approach him in the way you approach everyone else just a little more flirty. Not to much though so he doesn't notice big time just a little so he sort of gets the hint.

ok you can bump into him abd b like " oh srry" and b wearing a really cute outfit, and wear stuff that brings out your best features..( i mean if you have big breasts then dont wear a shirt that u can see evrythign caus ethen hell think your a hooker or somethin) but if u have like blue eyes....then wear eyeliner and mascara and stuff that makes your eyes stand out.

anytime you see him be sure to give a little glance while you walk past him. the next time you see him just be yourself and flirt a little. if he likes the true you thenhe might ask you out. if he doesn't well then he's a jerk and its his loss : )
