We moved to our first own built house in year 2000. I am from a poor country. and its always a dream to have our own house. This was my mom's dream to have a own house. My parents lived in rented houses for more than 30 years. and those houses were too small for even a single person. I remember the two houses where we did not have water connection to our home, we had have bring all water from a public taps from ground floor to the first floor in buckets. we lived in such house for 25 years. The houses were old and were not in good places also. But by God's miracle my dad was able to get loan from the bank (which is very difficult here) and we could build your own dream home in a nice leaving area. In year 2000 we moved to our new house. that day my mother was the happiest person on earth, I could see her happiness in her eyes. So yes, year 2000 is a very important year in my life and to our family.

I had a candle in the shape of 2000 and on New Years Eve we burnt it...and put it out at midnight...
