15 goals scored by Ronaldo of BRAZIL, just eclipse the previous all time scorer, Gerd Muller who has scored 14 goals. Ronaldo scored 4 goals in 1998, 8 goals in 2002 & 3 goals in 2006 finals. His record breaking goal came against GHANA during the round of 16 match which BRAZIL won 3-0.

It is now Ronaldo with 15. He just passed Gerd Mueller who had 14. There are arguements though, as Gerd Mueller scored 14 in 2 WCs while Ronaldo took 4. Also there are more teams and games in Ronaldo's WCs than Muellers. But the number still stands...
