Ours is always playing up and we get told that it's unusual as others don't seem to have any bother, not at all believable considering you can never get through to them.

my sky plus ALWAYS plays up,especially when its raining heavily.when i go out and record something,i come back and most of the time it says failed on my planner!!nothing really you can do cause ntl is worse!!

I used to have Sky+, and had problems and had to have the box replaced. Then I changed to Cable's HDTV service when we moved house and that has been NOTHING but trouble, I'd LOVE to go back to Sky+. I guess this is the cost of going for newly emerging equipment - we are the 'beta testers' while they iron out the bugs.

My sound has been breaking up and the picture it started a couple o weeks ago and seems to be when the weather is humid,and guess I cant get through either.
