Call T-Mobile. They'll give you the unlock code if you have a good reason.
I went to the Philippines earlier this year, and had no problem getting the unlock, and the instructions were perfect.

Sorry develop cellular works only on IDEN community. IDEN community isn't an similar as GSM community even in spite of the indisputable fact that they use sim playing cards. they're both incompatible with one yet another.
