well... i am half brazilian and yes.. we are latin.. . and yes .. there are alot of africans in brazil as well.. and yes.. there are alot of mixed people .. and yes.. and they also have the largest japenese colonly living outside of japan. But everyone with citizenship in brazil is just.. BRAZILIAN.. no matter what color. Its just like in the United States.. anyone with citizenship in the US is American. but you can go further then that and see ones heritage , which is not American. ones heritage is not american or brazilian.. caucasion americans came from Europe.. so ur heritage may be german..irish...sweedish.. english.. ect
same with brazilians ..we all came from europe as well .. and from africa.. but many brazilians are from .. Italian ..portuguese and german descent
i'm half brazilian and half cajun/american. but if you want to ask my heritage... its italian and french !
this is what makes Brazil and the US beautiful.. the mixture of ppl

Considering the mix of cultures, I would call the Brazilian. However, if I were to encounter one outside of Brazil and have no idea from where they came, I would probably judge by their appearance. Frankly speaking, the black Brazilians look like Africans. The lighter featured Brazilians tend to appear more latino. Thus, the answer is BOTH.

Brazilian People is a mixture of alot of different country. It depends what part of the country you go to. |for example if you go down south of the country you will find more white people because alot of them came from Germany and if you go up north then you´ll find more dark people.
