When you believe you are starting to love someone it is importatant to self-analze. Why do I think I love this person? Do I really love them or is is lust or desire not to be alone, etc.? If you deterine that you actually love this person then you must ask yourself: Why do I love this person? If it is a ligitament reason (not 'cause they're hot), then attempt to find out if they feel the same way about you. However don't wait to long or they might believe that you aren't interested in them, and move on. If you are unsure but believe they might have feelings for you say, "I think I'm falling for you." Or something along those lines where it's not a definate "I love you" which might scare them off if they don't feel the same way, but also alows them to respond on how they feel about you. Once this is said is will be eaiser for the two of you to talk about your feelings for one another. With out seeming to pushy or laid back.

First it's important that the person you love is in love with you, after that has been determined, it's up to you where you wanna go with the relationship,,stay dating, get serious, move in together or get married. It's something you both need to talk about and be honest with one another. You must also evaluate the relationship is going somewhere, going well, rocky, or not sure. These are all things that you and your partner need to talk about, not argue, but do it in a calm manner and don't get upset or hurt if your partner tells you something you don't wanna hear. love, is a very strong and emotional feeling. and when you love someone you should speak to them about it and share your thoughts and feeling with each other.good luck with that though dude.
