Probably Pai-Gow. It is a two-hand poker based game. Pretty entertaining and can play for hours without losing a lot of money. You can lose money really quickly if you play the 'fortune' version tho.
I used to love the money wheel.. but most places have done away with that. There is currency ranging from $1 to $50 on various slots on a giant wheel and you place bets on what amount the spin will end up on. If you guess right your bet is multiplied by that amount. Usually there is two seperate 50 slots, two 20 slots, maybe 4 ten, maybe four 5, and the rest ones. Sometime there is a couple 2 slots.
Other than that, I like the $3 blackjack tables.. but those too are disappearing. I rarely bet $3, but I like knowing I can :P

I've never been to a casino but if I went, I would want to play the slot machine.
