lol you don't but believe me i wish there was a way.. i'm gonna keep posted with this question i would love to see if someone actually comes up with a legitamate answer.

crunches. Lay down with a slight bend in your legs run your hands up your legs just until they touch your knees so your back should only come off the ground a little. you should feel only a little grabbing in your abdomen but no real discomfort as your strength improves add some weight by cuddling it against your chest. wan walking up stairs take 2 at atime this has the same effect as lunges which is the best for toning your thighs and for my calves i put my daughter on my shoulders and raise up and hold for 5 seconds then down of my tip toes. for my lats i hold weight in one hand and do a side stretch 15 each side at around 30-35 ks 6 reps this is all stuff i do at home if i cant make it to the gym and i assure you it all gives results. =) Do 20 crunches a night for 1 week. Then add 10 crunches every week. Until you get to the point where you want to do something else!! =) No seriously though.... crunches are really great for your tummy, I do them on a regular basis and I am thrilled with the results.

sit ups are excellent and as your sitting up go side to side to tone the love handles also. squats and lunges are good for the thighs
