look my stomach be hurting a lot i would like to know if that is sighns of my being pregnant and like i got to throw up all the time it hurt me all the time

could be pregnant could be stress could be food poisoning could be an infection. is your period late. if so take a test if not see your doctor. actually either way see a doctor

Obviously the easiest way to find out if your pregnant or not is either go to get a home pregnancy test or go to the doctor's. Personally i would do the latter. As it seems quite unusual to have an ache in your stomach. From experience when i was pregnant the noticable signs were that my periods had ceased and also i was feeling a tad unwell for a couple of months ie(morning sickness).

how long have you been feeling this way?? When was the last time you had your period?? If you have missed and you have been feeling this way for more than a week then I would say yes, but if you havent missed and your stomack has been like this for more than a week then it could be a stomack flu...if you were to go to the doctor he could tell you exastly, but you really need to go anyways cause there is just no reason to feel that way just cause. So go to the doctor and trust me you will feel better later.

Or if you have half a brain and don't believe this answer go out and spend ten bucks on a pregnancy test.

Alot of times you worry about something so much that your brain convinces your body that you are, from my experience my stomach didn't hurt until later in the pregnancy, I was more dizzy, lightheaded, my appetite decreased at first. Diarrhea

You should see a doctor as soon as possible. In the meantime, you could always get a home pregnancy test from your local pharmacy.
