There is nothing direct that I can find.
You can get a direct train to London King's Cross from Leeds at 5 minutes past every hour. You will then need to cross London on the tube (or better to get a taxi if you have lots of luggage) to London Paddington.
From there you can catch the Heathrow Express direct service to the airport. These depart every 15 minutes. You can check your luggage in at London Paddington too!

train did it few weeks ago cost 30 quid there and back. go onto virgin trains website. buy single tickets not return. can go via reading then bus(direct to heathrow) or london then tube
