That completely depends on your body type. Google BMR Calculators and don't pay attention to the height/weight charts. I'm five foot three and weigh 145lbs but I've got a 28in waist and a 38 hip and chest. I also work out twice a week. According to the height/weight charts I shouldn't way more than 125. I'm a 36D, I've NEVER been 125!

What ever you are happy with....
BMR is bogus as far as I am concerned. It is based on an individual who really doesn't lead an active lifestyle. I strength train in a gym and if I were to go by the BMR I am morbidly obese.
Stop basing your weight on what everyone else thinks you should be. As long as you are happy and healthy that is all that matters.

your ideal wright should be 125. u have to take in consideration fat versus muscle mass. remember, muscle weighs more than fat. in all reality, don't set goals based on the scale. as long as u look healthy and you're happy with yourself, than u are already at your ideal weight!!!

Around 125 pounds. As long as you are not over 150 lbs you are perfectly healthy.

125lb-135lb is probably ideal. For a healthy BMI between 120lb - 145lb. HTH.
