Depends what you mean by original?
Fred and Rose West were pretty "original"
Ted Bundy just went after woman that resembled his mother and 1st girlfriend - which is common for serial killers to find victims that they can relate to or that they feel they have a connection to..
For the most serial killers are rarely original they just have a warped view of life.

i'm no longer certain a serial killer is the superb administration for chavs, or prostitutes. in my opinion i'd deliver chavs to the military the position that they had study a ability, or the very least die doing something honourable. i recognize what you propose although, chav degrees are accomplishing risky proportions. this is reason they breed like beasts rutting in the wild.
