Yes. I live in Arkansas. If you drive down some of the more rural roads you will see "KKK" spray painted on the road signs sometimes.

yeah... its mostly based in the south, but they really are everywhere. theres thousands of them, i think the last count was about 5,000, but im not positive about that.
