Fear and ignorance. They are horrible people and should be under the earth not roaming it in white masks spewing hate!

I understood it was a secret society, covering faces would retain that secret.
You may also know that the relegious Spaniards (and others I guess but I have only seen this in Spain) have similar costumes to the KKK which they wear at easter. Very sinister watching people dressed like that carrying the Cross!

I would suspect that they are so ashamed of the ignorant rhetoric that spew from their mouths, that they really don't wish friend and family to know that is they who are so stupid to hold the belief that they do. Considering that they are guilty of the same crimes they blame the rest of society for. It is good that they cover their faces, I wouldn't want to recognize an idiot of that stature as a member of the HUMAN race. After all their hood remind me of DUNCE CAPS used long ago, when stupid, and disorderly students where sent to the corner, for the amusement of the rest of the class. Not to worry, unless your a member, you'll not be seeing them in the Here After!

They say they cover there faces because they are the invisible army purifying the white race. But it's really because they are a bunch of pusses. Have you ever seen some of these red necks?? The hood is an improvement.

Well from the movie I saw which I think was Roots, they started to cover their face because of an accident.
A memer was cleaning something somewher eand came across a sheet that they accidentally burnt with a cigar, that made a hoel in the sheet and that's how it started.

That is actually a priest out fit(old school). They believe they are doing gods work (excuse for behaviour).
There probably is some sort of pervy thing to it these days!
And the fact that they cover there faces when committing crimes that go unpunished in some states(disgusting).

Because they can't go back to their businesses and live a normal life knowing that someone will recognize them and act on them. Basically they terrorize, but deep down inside they are the ones that are afraid.

Because they are immature cowards, and if anyone with any brains could see who they were they'd be ridiculed and (hopefully) beaten even more senseless than they already are.
They are ignorant racists who can't support their beliefs at all (because they are all bollocks!!!!) and to be honest, if they want to dress up as ghosts that's fine by me! At least we can see them coming!

It's the same reason the SAS and special forces use masks, because its more fearfull to not know who or what is attacking you.
And because they're really ugly, they would scare them to death before doing anything else!
