That is because a majority of the American people say right though that Monica thing. He was still the most competent at running the country in over 40 years. Most people knew that it is only the same 30% that back Bush now that were stupid enough not to see it. But you have to realize the they are mentally deficient, red neck bible thumpers that do not have a grasp on what real life is all about.

Bill Clinton is gone now (Thank goodness). He had his time in the spotlight, and screwed things up enough for a good man - George W, to come in and fix things the way they should be! While Bill was satisfying his personal urges, george remains committed to running the country. And of course bill had a high approval rating! How could anyone possibly get bad ratings when they do nothing?

I thought Clinton was a great prez. I mean, who cares if he got a little on the side. He's not the first man to do so, nor the last. His family forgave him so why shouldnt everyone else. The whole scandal was stupid.

That's precisely why we will see Bill and his wife back in office in just a little longer. That is if Bush doesn't get us into a nukuler (pronunciation used by our great President, the C student) war and earth still exists by the next election.

Yeah and Bush will leave with a 0% approval rating, because by the time he does get his *** out of office we will still be at war.

obviously you are a clinton supporter and your questions are not to find the truth but to bash bush and his party...go to a blog where you can get the support of others like yourself or at least if you are staying here ask real questions not use it as a forum for you own agenda

It would have been higher, except that 30 percent that he is missing is the same 30 percent of idiots who still support Bush.

did you know the poll that pulled that number out of thin air was bought and paid for by the dnc.
maybe 70% of the 40% that voted for him approved of the mockery he made the office. he had the worst taste for everything, especially women

I think that that 70% were approving of him leaving. The other 30% obviously didn't understand the question.
