Yes, but I am afraid that there will be at least one more serious shooting war there before peace can take hold.
Too many groups in the Middle East believe that they can push their own agenda through by force. As long as these beliefs persist, no lasting peace is possible. At some point, one of these groups will have to conclusively win, and with the state of the region, I do not see a conclusive win coming through dialog.

Israel and Arabs represent two antagonist absolutes. And since two absolutes can never exist in one place, and if they are found, they will fight each other till one exterminates the other. In this case only peace will follow.
Or
When the whole world agrees to force two secular states and I think this secularism is always threatened by religion in the middle east.

No not as long as there are Hezbollah groups and the iranian prez saying:
Iran's new hard-line president called yesterday for Israel to be "wiped off the map" - the first time for many years that such a high-ranking Iranian official has called for the Jewish state's eradication.
"President Ahmadinejad, elected in June, was addressing a conference in Teheran entitled "The World Without Zionism", attended by about 3,000 conservative students, who chanted: "Death to Israel!" and "Death to America!"

Probably when they realize that their God is the same God. God is everywhere and they dont need to fight over land that in all actuality belongs to all of us according to the Bible, depends on how you interpret it, we just need to remember that God is about the whole not the individual. Why would God give only one group of people the rights of a land when he was the Creator of all that exists?
