Maldini was great!!! But he didn't play this World Cup, too "old".
Out of those who won the World Cup, I'd say Cannavaro, Buffon, Pirlo, Nesta (although he was injured and didn't play much).

nesta and cannavaro they rock, it was dissapointing not to see him play too much this world cup because of his injury! Totti is awesome too but he was like a ghost this world cup, all he did really was assist the goal against the US and make the pk vs Australia!
